sun=painful

sooo, i got the bright idea to go tubing with my friends mimi and wayne over the weekend

and i'm going to tell you a really interesting story-kind of a lesson...

we got to the tubing place and they checked the ice chest-which only had bottled water, green tea, jones' soda, and lunchables in it

we paid

got on the little bus thinggy that takes us to the start point

and got in our little tube thinggys

and we start floating

all is wonderful

we are relaxing floating down the river

nice pretty day

the SUN is out

not a cloud in the sky

and then mimi looked at me and asked if i had the sun block...

me and wayne looked at each other

then at mimi

and i just though oh crud

i left the sun block in the car

what really stinks is that i am/was really pale milky white

and when you float down a river for 4 hours

with no sun block

you get sun burnt

and i think i'm the worst one out of us three

i'm swolen and in pain

it was fun

but now...

i don't think i'm ever going back

because i'm terrified of ever getting this sunburnt again

it really hurts

all i could do last night was cry because it was sooo bad

so, now it's sunday night- a full day since i got burnt, and it still hurts to move

expically walk

because the top of my feet are burnt-including my toes

so the moral of the story is:

never go tubing down a river for 4 hours and forget the sun block
